This is an antique heavily carved dark oak kneehole desk with a hidden secret drawer. An impressive desk dating to the early Victorian period, circa 1860, carved with flowers and scrolls, the superstructure having a shaped gallery back, fitted with five short drawers and 5 lower drawers including secret drawer. The Desk stands on chunky barley twist turned sturdy legs with a long stretcher.
Solid joints and construction, delivered waxed, polished and ready for the home.
