The pencil drawing on paper depicts the portrait of a classy clad lady peering over her shoulder. The attention to detail from the unknown artist is noted through the shading on her cheekbones and neck, and the swirled drape around her shoulders. The image in enveloped in a light walnut color frame with a mottle silver bevel and black inset.
What's unique in this piece is the image of a paw print in the right lower corner. I just love it! I can only imagine an artists room full of sketches only to have a cat, perhaps, walk across the freshly sketched print.
