- This pretty blue floral vintage espresso/demitasse design from Takahashi San Francisco is a rare set of 8 cups and 8 … more This pretty blue floral vintage espresso/demitasse design from Takahashi San Francisco is a rare set of 8 cups and 8 matching saucers, 16 pieces total. The set of gold-rimmed mugs and small plates are adorned with hand-decorated scroll-like flowers in a blue background with vine motif borders in a muted gold/sand color. Each piece has a stamp on the bottom that reads “Etude Takahashi San Francisco 1986 Hand Decorated” and several have the original Takahashi “Made in Japan” sticker. The plates are approximately 5” in diameter, and the cups stand 2-1/4” high, 2-3/8" diameter with an additional one inch for the handle. This is a fine Japanese-made porcelain set in pristine vintage condition that would make a lovely addition to any collection. less
