Each one is made of two rosewood pieces that were hand carved to fit onto the center brass/ bronze section and secured with a double tang closure on each side. This set is 10 place settings of 3 pieces each- dinner fork and knife with a long teaspoon- which works well as a three piece casual flatware set. The rest of the details are measurements- tres boring. they typically need to be polished every now and then- I use a one-part vinegar, 2 parts water mixture and a norwex cloth.
