The fabric can be used as a festive table cloth, a fabulous throw on a large sofa or the fabric can be used to make a gorgeous curtain, window shade or a set of incredible pillows. The sari is woven in a gorgeous light maroon/burgundy with beige woven organza with the borders and end piece heavily embroidered in the zardozi technique with gold threads and beads. Like in most traditional saris, one side of the fabric has an end piece with large floral and architectural motifs. The overall design and pattern are reminiscent of ancient Moghul floral and architectural window patterns. A very fine and exotic piece of fabric. less
