A stunning original art, ready to hang as a statement anchoring piece. Inspired by the Rinpa School of Japanese paintings, founded by Ogata Korin, a very large 6-panel "Brushed Wood Fence with Chrysanthemum" folding screen painted by famed painter Sung Tze-Chin with ink on paper mounted on solid wood frame. Can be mounted on a wall or as a single-sided room divider. Signed by the artist.
The screen depicts a peaceful scene of a brushed wood fence, with an abundance of flowers in red, yellow, and blue.
One-of-a-kind.
Commissioned by Lawrence & Scott and stamped on the front and signed by Master Sung.
Stored in a climate-controlled environment, the painting surface is in perfect condition.
