Wonderful Plein Air painting of the lighthouse along the Rancho Palos Verde coast.
Original oil on board. Dimensions 15.5" x 11.5". The gilded Plein Air frame measures 21" x 17".
The painting is in very good condition. The frame is lightly distressed. See pics.
Don Crocker has been an explorer of wilderness spaces since childhood. He has studied outdoor painting with some of the finest American Plein Air artists in beautiful locations. He has painted extensively in scenic and wilderness areas along the California coast, Alaska and California's nature preserves.
Don is an artist member of the California Art Club and a signature member of the American Impressionist Society. He has been juried in numerous major shows.
