These lovely antique chairs are a matched set in their original condition. Own a piece of history. These are dated from between 1860-1910. When a curator from a famous antique auction company saw them, she begged me not to have them re-finished because they are more valuable in their current condition. If you want to use them for daily chairs, they will need to be restored. It all depends on how you would like to use them. That is the beauty of loving antiques . One of the chairs are a little more faded than the other, but both are reminders of a bygone era and if you love history and antiques then maybe you should be the next chapter in the life of these chairs. I feel a little sad letting these ones go, however I am downsizing and I just don't have the space to keep them.
