Description: A striking and aesthetically pleasing, stand alone, small cabinet/nightstand that could be used both in a living or bedroom setting. … more A striking and aesthetically pleasing, stand alone, small cabinet/nightstand that could be used both in a living or bedroom setting. Designed by American furniture maker Hungerford of Memphis, this highly desirable example of mid century design was part of their Elvis Prestly endorsed Memphis range. It features the distinctive, linear wood and brass capped drawer pull, shapely legs and bevel edged frame.
A fun fact to accompany this piece is that in December 1956 Elvis Prestly was hired to do an official photo shoot to promote the range of furniture. This was the only time that Elvis physically endorsed a product, other than his own.
