the chairs are of solid oak and upholstered with a very thick tan saddle leather that is reinforced to the front and held in place by oversized studs.

the back crest rail displays a shield and crown with floral decoration to each side.

the arms and legs are decorated with chip carving with a central flower motif at the cross in the legs.
