The signature stepped and delicately tapered cylindrical pottery table lamps produced by Marshall Studios by Jane and Gordon Martz. Signed to the left of the wire hole with the famous incised Martz signature. The glaze is a matte white glaze. The matte glazes are the most desirable of Marshall Studios' output.
Good overall condition. Structurally sound and sturdy. No visible cracks, hairlines or crazing to the body. Older re-wiring that is in good working condition. Wear consistent with age and use. Old bulb socket. No lamp shade included.
The approximate measurements from the base to the top of the bulb socket are 12". The ceramic body of the lamp measures approximately 6.13" diameter x 9.5" high. The felt bottom was removed previously.
