There are a few chips along the edges of the interior glass shelves as well as one on the outer edge of the front glass panel, but these are all mostly hidden within the cabinet and are difficult to notice from the outside. One glass shelf has a few notable scratches shown in the photos. The bottom front corner of the wood cabinet is damaged and not aligned perfectly but it is not too distracting(see photos.) And there is some light tarnish on the brass handles from normal age and use. All scratches in the wood have been blended in to make them less noticeable. The light inside turns on and off with a satisfying "click", and the electrical cord looks nice and pliable (not stiff and brittle like some old cords get.) There are no strong or offensive odors present. Overall this is a clean and handsome looking cabinet that displays well from all angles. less

Selected for your consideration is this impressive wood and glass campaign style display cabinet. This cabinet is constructed with a two-piece design where the upper glass portion sits on top of the lower storage and secured together with metal hardware in the back. This cabinet features brass hardware, faux burl panels, a nice built in light, and painted gilt accents on the front windows. Inside the upper cabinet there are two glass shelves and the storage area below has a shelf as well. There are no makers marks to identify this piece but it appears to be inspired by popular designs from Drexel or Tomlinson Furniture. It is a very stately and sophisticated looking piece that would go well with any mid century or modern decor.
