It … more Rare Mid Century Modern Marc Bellaire hand painted and signed Trinket Box that has a troubadour on the lid. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks or damage to the paint, but there is crazing on the bottom of the dish, but I don’t see any on the top and it measures 8”W x 5”H x 2” Deep. Marc Bellaire was born in 1925 and had a studio in California in the early 1950’s producing high quality ceramics, often decorated with ultramodern figures and geometric patterns. He had many successful lines, one of which is the Jamaica line which this is. He was a protege of Sasha Brastoff although Bellaire’s work is unique and distinctive. less
