This set was made in the late 1800’s in England by Isaac Ellis & Sons. The utensils have mother of pearl handles, sterling collars and hallmarks on the knife blades and collars. They are house in a beautiful mahogany box which has a working lock and is topped with a brass crest engraved with the letter R. The interior of the box is lined in satin and scalloped velvet.
