This art nouveau table lamp is designed by Josef Ekberg for Gustavsberg, Sweden, 1919. An exemplar of art nouveau design, this vase, crafted by Josef Ekberg for Gustavsberg, showcases a combination of pale blue ground and mid-blue decoration using the sgraffito technique. Noteworthy is Ekberg's participation in the 1900 World Exhibition in Paris, where he presented his mastery of the Sgraffito technique. Each of Ekberg's vases, including this one, is a unique piece.
