An Antique (1903 - 1913) Art Nouveau/ Arts & Crafts Period Hammered Pewter (with a Higher Silver Content ) "Tudric" Pedestal Bowl 10" across for Liberty & Co. of London, England.
Designed by Archibald Knox and Made by Solkets Co. under the watchful eye of William H. Haseler.
In the early years Archibald Knox was the designer for Liberty & Co.
It is Hallmarked Beautifully. All the information is stamped on the bottom.
The Craftmanship is Amazing. The Quality is Very High. It is Very Rare to find such a large pedestal bowl, from Liberty Co. Store, that isn't already in a museum or a private collection.
The upper rim is folded outward and flattened for a clean yet decorative edge. The bottom rim on the pedestal is the same.
It measures 10" or 25.5cm wide x 3.5" or 9cm high.
