Subject seascape marine view of tall masted Spanish Galleon ships facing towards the left and right moored by the shoreline on calm gentle ripple seas, with seagull birds flying high and low can be seen, above with mainly grey cloudy skies with a horizontal line of lighter sunshine trying to shine through. Each ships shadow is cast below, above on top of the mast is a red ensign flag flying high on each.

Artist biography Danny Garcia 1929-2012 an American artist who was born in California in the year 1929, his passion for painting started at an early age when he was a kid, he was heavily influenced by realism & impressionism & he developed his own expressionist artistic style, he worked with acrylic & oil techniques. Garcia’s created his paintings from his own interpretation of realism via colours. He was a prolific artist. A selection of his works are shown in the museum of art in Los Angeles & other USA museums and galleries. He loved to paint marine, coastal, shoreline scenes along with landscapes and other subjects.
Provenance from a southern England collection & now in the collection of Cheshire Antiques Consultant.
