From their Colonial Creations line of American furniture Model 2040. The design is likely by Herman de Vries. The bed consists of a Headboard 37.5" High, a footboard 25" high, 2 siderails and 4 slats to hold the box spring and mattress. The overall length is 80.5". The head and foot boards measure 42" wide. The width between the siderails is 39" for the mattress.
The color is medium brown. The headboard is 37.5" high to the top of the finials and 36" to the top of the headboard. Some information was obtained from the "CUSHMAN FURNITURE REFERENCE VOLUME 2".
The condition is very good to excellent.
We have a number of CUSHMAN pieces listed. Arts & Craft period. Goes well with Adirondack or Rustic Camp Style. less
