This rare lamp … more This german model ' mithras ' rod hanging lamp is an original piece from the early 1930s. This rare lamp comes from an original store fitting of this period. The high-quality opaline glass lamp was manufactured by the glasswork august walther & söhne ag in radeberg, dresden. The ceiling canopy, the coating of the steel rod and the lid are made from white bakelite. The ' mithras ' lamp is in all original condition and comes with the original porcelain lamp holder.
