These examples have been fully restored, and newly … Read more Florence Knoll for Knoll Associates model 31 lounge chairs, designed circa 1954. These examples have been fully restored, and newly upholstered in Maharam "Divina Melange" 170 Kvadrat Gray Wool fabric. During the re-upholstery process, all other internal materials were replaced, including the original foam which was replaced with new, top of the line high density foam. The new cambric (dust cover) on bottom of chairs is nailed (not stapled) on, just as they would have come originally. The tubular metal frames newly powder coated in the original black. Chairs measure: 29 1/2" tall x 26 1/2" deep x 25" wide, and have a seat height of 18 1/2". If you would like a swatch of the fabric, please let us know. We'd be happy to send you one.
