This teapot will add elegance and beauty to enjoying a cup of tea with guests or on your own. It holds about 4 cups and measures 6.5"h x 12"l x 6"d. You cannot put this teapot on a burner on the stove...heat the water in a kettle or saucepan before filling the teapot.
This piece is made in several parts and then assembled. It is then fired to about 1800 degrees, and then glazed. Then it is fired to 2300 degrees in a gas kiln which allows for the vibrant color. It is one of a kind!
