This Danish Modern, bamboo cutting board, with rubber feet, features a carved surface so that any juices or liquids will flow seamlessly into the underlying black plastic shallow bowl or tray. The tray, with its undulating sides instead of traditional handles, can also be used separately for serving. The set remains unused in the original sleeves and measures 14 inches in diameter x 1.5 inches high.
It was created by Menu, founded in 1978 as “A Scandinavian Design brand with a simple purpose: to make the world more beautiful, less complicated, and a little bit nicer to wake up to.” Menu collaborated with Norm Architects for the design of this set. Norm Architects is located in Copenhagen and designs products that unite materials and craftsmanship with timeless simplicity.
