Italian mid-century modern Chairs Parco dei Principi hotel by Gio Ponti for Cassina, 1960s Pair of iconic chairs with square woven straw seat. The backrest is entirely made of shaped wood. Round section wooden legs. Produced by Cassina in 1960s and designed by Gio Ponti. Label present on the structure. This chair model was created for the Parco dei Principi hotel. Sources from the book Gio Ponti edited by Ugo La Pietra for Rizzoli, 1995. Good condition, light marks on the wood. Remade straw.
