Italian mid-century modern opaline glass wall with gold dust lamp by Barovier&Toso, 1960s Wall lamp with a round base in opaline glass decorated with gold dust. The diffuser has concentric decorative grooves with a circle in the centre, also in opaline glass with gold dust. The wall hanging is in white painted metal. Inside there are 3 bulb sockets. Produced by Barovier&Toso in 1960s. Good condition, light scattered marks on the lamp. Measurements in cm 38x18h approx. Ref. 2420004534 this fantastic lamp with is unique kind of opaline glass is suitable both for a formal place such as an office or a waiting room, and for an informal place such as a bedroom, a living room, a dining room or an entrance hall. It will give to the room a warm, ambient and enveloping light. This wall lamp from the fine Italian manufacture of the mid-1900s has an elegant and beautiful silhouette in its rounded simplicity.
