It has been created from glazed ceramic and features a trompe l'oeil lemon finial on the lid with a trio of leaves in a raised 3-dimensional effect. The large French casserole dish and lid have been glazed in a classic shade of cream and feature contrasts in bold shades of yellow and green. The rim of the lid and bowl have been decorated with a contrasting green stripe. The interior of the dish features a charming hand painted design of ripe lemons and leaves.
