From Maitland-Smith, we have here a Neoclassical Hollywood Regency Bookcase that features a tilt top to display a prized book. From an upscale Estate Sale, the daughter shared with us they displayed their antique family Bible on this piece. It features a metal frame with Neoclassical X-Designs with metal medallions in each X center. The four shelf tops are leather covered and have a gold edge accent and a star design in the center. Each shelf is a generous 14” deep so they can also host large collectibles for display. The Maitland-Smith makers mark sticker is on the bottom.
