The oval shape was modeled after a grape leaf and realistically painted in pink veins and shades of green and yellow. The order's star and the Cyrillic motto "Polza, chest i slava" (Usefulness, Honor and Glory) were painted in the center, and the order's sash and cross were encircled. The handle was painted to resemble a stem and was elevated on a shaped foot.
