Hand-carved from fruitwood, the robust round top is adorned with a cavetto molding. It is supported by a pair of thick trestle legs with canted bracket embellishments above subtly scrolled feet. When not in use, the top can be swiveled vertically, allowing it to be stored when space is at a premium. The table is solidly constructed and the wood has lovely striations of yellow, gold, and honey-brown, making it an aesthetically pleasing breakfast room table or an occasional table for a wine room or bar area. less
