Lu Renmao, an award-winning Chinese painter was born in 1950, from Beijing. He is President of the Chinese Breast Tiger Painting Association and director of the Beijing Dongcheng District Artists Association. Vice president of Beijing Longhu Painting and Calligraphy Association.
He taught himself painting at the age of 12. At the age of 15, he was admitted to the painting group of the Beijing Children's Palace and began to systematically learn Chinese painting techniques from teacher Yang Jingzhi. After studying under the masters of Chinese calligraphy and painting, Li Kuchan and Li Yan, he quickly improved his painting techniques, artistic accomplishment and appreciation ability. less
