The set of eight is well preserved with one chair, having a single broken rope strand. Seven chairs have light stains to the seats one chair has a very clean seat and may have replaced rope. Light wear from handling overtime. Overall sturdy instructionally sound with some minor wobbliness. No chips or cracks. One armrest may need to be glued to the supporting post underneath it less
