Description: This beveled wall mirror is framed in the Regency or possibly Neoclassical style and is great to top a sideboard … more This beveled wall mirror is framed in the Regency or possibly Neoclassical style and is great to top a sideboard or entry table. The top is heavily carved gilt wood and the sides are reeded and trimmed with gilt acanthus leaves. The reeded portion is painted as faux green marble. One side has gilding added and the other doesn’t. Please view all pictures. The bottom repeats the gilt wood.
There is no makers mark or date except for the name of a business in Mississippi. The original owner reports that it is “old” so our best guess is that it came from the late 20th century. less
