This vase has two different decors, with a naked woman on one side, significant for wmf and the opposite side with a pair of carpfish. It´s unmarked but the quality is just amazing and there is only one maker of this finish and it´s würtembergishe metalvarenfabrik, wmf. It has some wear to the plating, but considered it´s age it is in very nice condition. See closeups for the finish of the plating. The height is 40 cm, base measures 20 x 16 cm and the top 16 x 13 cm. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
