The sculpture is made of bent and cut thick brass sheet. Partly soldered.
After 1945, Franz Hagenauer made small, very similar brass animals.
This beautiful figure was only handmade in his style.
The unknown artist probably comes from Austria, as he was based on the similar works of Hagenauer.
There is no doubt that this is a very successful piece of work,
