Uncertain of designer and manufacturer but this is of the period. Most likely American. The bevelled mirror with "engraved decorative dots" sits against a back board. There is unfortunately some damage (rear chip) to one of the corners (pics included). Possibly this could be restored some to preserve the design. otherwise some more minor wear.
