Vintage Lightolier fixture with large crystal beads attributed to Gerald Thurston. A quality vintage fixture. Reminiscent of Italian fixtures by Arredoluce by Gino Sarfatti and Paavo Tynell
I believe this probably originally had a glass diffuser at the bottom much like the reference photo shown. These glass diffusers can be replaced.
