The fabric is in fairly good condition, the foam is okay and could be used as is. The wood frame is in well used condition and could be used as is but we recommend this chair is deserving of a refinish. There are bumps, dents, scratches all through the wood. The chair is not attracted to the frame currently but could easily be attached with screws. less
