The colors and design are wonderful and go around the whole planter- turquoise blue rim and cobalt blue base with bright flowers and a lovely pink garland woven in. There is a drainage hole in the bottom. I could see this in any elegant, southern, traditional foyer, dining room, or living room. Normal signs of age and usage without many visible flaws. It is in great condition- I do not see any noticeable flaws or damage, no chips, cracks. There is some wear to the gold rim, probably from handling and use, and some of the gold painted flowers on the sides is worn also, but I do not think it detracts at all from its beauty or usefulness. less
