Because of its rarity you don’t often see chests or boxes in calamander. In the form of a neoclassical commode with brass bound ebonized columns and standing on tapering feet. Has three paper lined drawers with brass pulls. A good color and striking grain make this an exceptional piece. Good overall condition with some age shrinkage but doesn’t detract from the overall look. less
