A gorgeous rare vintage decorative Hollywood Regency filigree balance scale. This beautiful balance scale features an ornate center column with stacked filigree shaped balls mounted on a footed base. The weighing pans are suspended from equally ornate scrolled arms. The scale is made of gold finished metal and brass. This unique treasure will make a lovely display in your home or office.
