An abstracted portrait of Chef Anthony Bourdain created by Artist Jason Stallings. Created in 2017 in Dallas, TX following Bourdain's untimely passing. Anthony is a major influence on the artist's interest in art, travel, and culture. Made with acrylic, white gouache, oil pastels, and Holbein oil paints to enhance the quality of the color tones. Some ink was used for line work as well. Painted on collaged canvas.
