Description: This is a really wonderful small painting on canvas of an antique enamel pitcher with a bunch of daisies set … more This is a really wonderful small painting on canvas of an antique enamel pitcher with a bunch of daisies set beside a teacup or bowl on a cloth covered surface. The slate blues and greys along with the neutral whites, ivory, and brown creates a very serene, peaceful image and is very well rendered. It appears to be oil paint on stretched canvas and comes in an aged vintage silver-gilt frame that enhances the subject and colors of the piece. The piece is signed “bf”. I estimate that the painting was completed in the 1950s-1970s. less
