Offering a LARGE Pair of 1970s vintage Chinese porcelain wall pockets, both signed on the back with original labels attached (Oriental Accents since 1880). Their shape and form depict a trompe l'oeil gathered fabric with knotted bottoms. These porcelain wall pockets or planters are a beautiful "cafe con leche" color with hand painted decorative bamboo stalks and leaves with pink/mauve birds. The background color is intentionally aged with a darker brown splatter faux finish. The exterior finish is satin, and the interior finish is a high gloss glaze to accommodate live foliage is so desired. Hole on verso for easy hanging.
