It was removed from its long time home with great care, and still has the brass canopy that attches to the ceiling. It has 8 arms extending from the center each of which with two candlestick stlye lights, making the chandelier have a total of 16 lights. Two of the bulbs are missing but they are easily found in a hardware store. The chandelier has not been hooked up to power to test, but the wiring is all there and looks good. No matter what angle you view it from, it is covered in detailed design work that flows perfectly from one section to the next. It has not been detailed and could be displayed as is, or be given a once over to make it really shine! It is heavier than it looks, and it measures 39L x 39W x 32H. The hangining chain and canopy add an extra 34 inches of height. Please note that the silver chain is for displaying the chandelier, the bronze colored chain hanging on the side is the chandeliers chain. See less
