Danish Mid-Century modern oak chair designed by Danish architect Kristian Illum Wikkelsø and manufactured by master carpenter Niels Eilersen, Denmark.

Beautiful design with the iconic armrests that stretches from the seat in a wide curve. Shaped seat in thick oak plywood, legs and back in solid oak.
Nice and warm patina.

This chair is more common as a rocking chair, a lot fewer was made with four legs like this one. In Denmark this chair was very popular as a nursing chair, or as a stylish accent chair.
