A pair of French country carved Provincial side chairs in the style of Louis XV with cabriole legs headed with carved acanthus leaves, a rounded ladder back with crested carving embellished with wheat sheaves and an apron which carved wheat and additional square carved pediment on each stretcher. One chair has carved acanthus leaves on each front leg. The solid hardwood frame of each chair is solid and has new upholstery in natural organic colored linen.
