Estate marquise diamond & sapphire cocktail ring, circa 1980. This cocktail ring is crafted in 18 karat white gold and features diamonds and sapphires in wire basket style setting. The center .50 carat marquise diamond has I1 clarity and F color. There are 4.25 carat total weight of sapphires and another .85 carat total weight of round diamonds.
