A beautiful and rare vintage circa 1920s silver plated matchbox holder and ashtray from the famed Hotel Agua Caliente! The Agua Caliente was a luxury hotel and casino in Tijuana Mexico. Because of it’s proximity to Los Angeles a number of Hollywood stars flocked there in the 1920s and 30s; Rita Hayworth was discovered singing in their cabaret.
In excellent condition, no damage or dents, only small signs of wear/use. Measures approximately 4 inches wide across the base by 3.5 inches tall. less
