Richard Dimes was a highly regarded English silversmith credited with launching the hollowware line for Towle before starting his own shop in Boston during the first half of the 20th century (1908-1955).
Richard Dimes also made the “Irish Reproduction” pattern for Cartier where it was sold with both marks.
