This unusual pair of early 20th century pot de cremes, with lids and underplate, are striking in their design. This is an unmarked fine quality heavy porcelain set with an unknown maker in the style of Meissen, Ginori or Royal Chelsea.
This durable set is fine for daily use (do not microwave) and will display beautifully with most decorating styles, adding a pop of playful Rococo or Regency flavor to your room.
They are in good condition with slight wear to the gilding along the rim and the underplate, consistent with gently used porcelain. There are a few pinhead size glaze pimples on the inside of bowls.
