Contemporary, playful, and poetic are some of the adjectives that can be used to describe this chandelier, handmade in our family-owned furnace. This collection of light fixtures consists of a circular ceiling structure with a powder-coated steel finish, to which hand-blown glass spheres are attached using thin electrical cables. These elements are mouth-blown in our family furnace in Murano using a technique called 'balotton,' which creates a distinctive texture inspired by classic Venetian chandeliers. The G9 type bulbs can be either LED or Halogen and are placed inside each glass sphere, creating an intriguing play of reflections.
